We are very fortunate to have a great group of dedicated, passionate instructors here at Bikram Yoga Darlinghurst. All your teachers are full time yoga teachers. This is all they do. If they teach here...you can be sure they're excellent

I started doing Bikram Yoga in 1998 to complement my training regime as a Chinese dragon boater (see more).

I was dragged to my first Bikram Yoga class in June 2009.  I thought, "90 minutes of yoga..ugh, what a waste of time!"  (see more).

Each of our instructors has completed the Bikram Yoga Teacher Training program and immersed themselves in an in-depth study of Bikram Yoga with Yoga Masters Bikram and Rajashree Choudhury and their staff of senior teachers.
