Recently one of our students published an interesting article about the benefits of Bikram Yoga in his personal and professional life.

Javier shares his personal experience and enlists the positive outcomes he has encountered since practising Bikram.

Bikram has given Javier the chance of having a structure in his life, to push for excellence and perform at a 100% on every single activity that he does.

Not only did he manage to quit smoking but also has noticed changes in the way that he deals with frustration at work, in the way that he eats (discipline) and how more productive and efficient he is with his day to day activities.
