Please arrive 10-15 minutes early to complete registration and get set up. Our teachers will take care of you throughout the class.
Stay Hydrated
Drink 500ml of water 1 hour before class. Avoid heavy meals 2 hours prior. Sip water during class between postures.

Manali Banerjee is the Director of the Bikram Yoga Teacher Training Program and niece of Bikram Choudhury. She has held this role for over 20 years, making her one of the foremost authorities on authentic Bikram Yoga in the world today. As guardian of the original lineage, Manali has led teacher trainings and masterclasses across the globe, bringing unmatched depth, precision, and integrity to the practice.
