What to Expect in Your First Class
We've got you covered. Here's everything you need to know before stepping into the hot room.
Before Class
- • Arrive 10-15 minutes early (late arrivals cannot be admitted)
- • Drink 500ml of water an hour before class
- • Avoid heavy meals 2 hours before class
- • Mention any injuries or medications to your teacher
During Class
- • The room is heated to 40°C with 40% humidity
- • Take breaks when needed - sit or lie down
- • Sip water slowly if required
- • Listen to your body - "trying is the posture"
After Class
- • Drink 1 litre of water over the next hour
- • You may feel tired - this is normal
- • Benefits improve with each class
- • Come back within 24-48 hours for best results
What to Bring
Pack light. You only need a few essentials for your first class.

Water Bottle
Large bottle (1 litre+) to stay hydrated during class.
