What Is Inferno Hot Pilates?

Inferno Hot Pilates is a challenging, full-body workout that fuses traditional Pilates principles with High Intensity Interval Training (HIIT). Performed on a mat in a room heated to 35°C, it delivers an intense cardiovascular and muscle-strengthening session without any impact on your joints.

Created in 2009 by master instructor Gabriella Walters, Inferno Hot Pilates is now practised in over 200 studios across five continents. We're proud to bring it to Darlinghurst as the perfect complement to our Bikram yoga classes.

No experience needed at all. Inferno Hot Pilates is designed for all fitness levels. Your instructor will offer modifications for beginners and progressions for those who want more challenge. Just bring an open mind and be ready to sweat.
A yoga mat, a towel and a water bottle — the same things you'd bring to a Bikram class. Wear comfortable, form-fitting workout clothes. The room is heated so dress light.
The Inferno Hot Pilates room is heated to approximately 35°C with 40% humidity. That's noticeably cooler than the Bikram room (40°C), but still warm enough to work up a serious sweat and keep your muscles supple.
